Prior Learning Assessment: Online Inquiry Form
To facilitate discussion with Corban's PLA Coordinator, complete the sections below for each type of Prior Learning credit you would like to pursue.
Exams for college credit are offered by both the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) (https://clep.collegeboard.org/clep-exams) and DSST Credit by Exam Program (https://getcollegecredit.com/exam_fact_sheets/). Review the websites to determine which exam(s) you would like to take.
You may qualify to write a Life Learning Paper once you have earned at least 30 credits in a traditional college or university setting with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. (These credits may be earned at Corban, or they may be transferred from another institution.) Please indicate the topic(s) you would like to write about using the fields below.
If you have participated in at least 30 hours of classroom-like training for which you did not receive college credit, you qualify to complete a Business and Professional Training submission. In-class training, reading assignments, and any other out-of-class assignments related to the training may be included in your approximate number of hours total.
